We work the network under the “Hounslow Highways” brand. Our operatives are inducted and trained by both us and the client. It is important that staff are aware of the importance of working within the public domain and the responsibility it carries. The staff working in this area are experienced in dealing with the public and work in unison with the other services for the Borough. All of these locations have a diverse mixture of cultures and resident needs. Our staff are from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds working together to provide a first class service. Staff on this contract are working in and around public highways, open spaces, care homes, sheltered accommodation and other residential locations. We encourage them to be approachable and understanding when dealing with difficult situations.
