Our frontline staff all have smart mobile phones with cameras, keeping them contactable and able to produce geo tagged imagery of site conditions quickly.
Our vehicles, including ride on mowers and specialist plant, are tracked. We have a screen in the office displaying the live tracking data. One of our clients has our staff deployed on their contract displayed live on a screen in their office. This gives transparency to both us and the client.
We regularly participate in safety inductions for larger companies we work in partnership with. Our staff have been inducted by Eurovia, British Sky Broadcasting, Colas-Volker (CVU), AMK (Murphy Kier Joint venture) and Prince Build. Our frontline staff have CSCS cards. They have a good understanding of industry specific health and safety training. They have also undertaken ROLO training (Register of Land based Operatives).
