A tree planted in memory of someone special is a beautiful tribute that will live on for generations to come. It gives a physical space to honour and remember a loved one and to feel connected with them.

It was a last minute call from Hampton High School, which in this very busy season isn’t something we can easily accommodate, but we understood how important it was for the School to plant their tree today. The tree was planted in memory of a pupil who passed away. We are grateful to be included in this initiative. We happily donated our time and labour.

Trees act as natural air filters, they produce oxygen, and reduce energy use through the shade they provide. Trees draw carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it as carbon as they grow helping to reduce a primary contributor to global warming.
