The installation of all fencing and gates shall include some or all of the following:

• removal of existing fencing and gates.

• repair of existing fencing and gates.

• disposal and/or setting aside for reuse of the existing fencing or gates.

• clearance of scrub, bushes etc. to create space for new fencing.

• adjustment of ground level to create sensible level/profile of new fence.

• setting out line of fence and position of posts etc.

• erection of temporary fence pending completion of permanent fence.

• excavation of holes for posts and struts.

• excavation for gravel boards and or buried fencing and or concrete sills.

• erecting fencing system complete.

• fixing warning signs as required.

• inspections and handing over.
