I just wanted to thank you and your team for all your hard work on the grounds at Welwyn St Mary’s . I appreciate that it’s not always easy to combine ground keeping and school term times with all the health and safety we must follow. I would also like to thank you for getting the playing field ready for the start of the football season. I look forward meeting up with you to create a plan for the coming school year, and how we can work together to keep the grounds looking as nice as possible

Today I visited Heathlands Cemetery, as it would have been my parents wedding anniversary, to clean their “headstone”, tidy their plot and place fresh flowers and while I was there I saw your “gardening” team working there. From personal experience working in a service industry the public are normally very quick to make complaints but they rarely offer their thanks for good work so please could you let their line supervisors know that, at the very least, I and my family, think they do an amazingly good job. Their hard work is appreciated and Heathlands is probably the best kept cemetery I have been to in a very long time and certainly maintained to a similarly high standard as the Commonwealth War Grave cemeteries that I have visited

I have just had a lady call in to reception who wanted to say thank you for keeping the Cemetery looking so nice. She is very pleased with the work that has been carried out recently (paths, trees and benches) but also the general maintenance. She also said how friendly and careful the grounds team are. Thanks.

PGSD Ltd. recently concluded a series of planting works as part of the Wokingham Major Highways Programme. They successfully completed these works on schedule and to a high quality standard, without any incidents. Their approach to safety and adherence to site-specific safety rules have been exemplary, further showcasing their commitment to maintaining top-notch safety standards in all their projects. Again, its been great to meet you and the team and all the works have been completed to high standard and no issues. Hopefully you will be successful for future projects and can work together again.

Just want to say a couple of your guys came in last week and were a great help, they saved us a lot of time and work as we had a lot of bark to move with a wheel barrow. They definitely went the extra mile by helping us with the use of the tipper lorry and they even help us load it onto the lorry and then tip it where it was needed. You have some very good people working with you and I can’t thank them enough. Best wishes  

Just a quick note on behalf of Hampton High to say a massive thank you for digging and planting our memorial tree for Freya. It was so kind of you to come in at short notice and for your generosity. Freya’s Mum came into school on Friday afternoon and would also like to pass on her gratitude.

What a brilliant job – thank you for getting the hedge trimming sorted out so quickly. Cut short, level, straight and the guys tidied up very well too. Grand job – thanks again.

Just to let you all know, Brent Cross Station is now open as of yesterday with a grand opening with the mayor. […] A special thank you for the landscaping works carried out, the client was over the moon with the work you have completed and with the freshen up of the beds on Friday.

Just a quick line to say what a fantastic job the team have done at the back of the tennis courts. It has totally transformed that area and opened it up. We also had a team in about 3 weeks ago when I was on leave and they cleaned the school up and made such a difference to the site clearing and digging the boarders over. Myself and the whole school really appreciate all that you and your lads do for us, not just with these projects but the regular grounds maintenance also

Just a quick note to say how much we appreciate your grounds people who are working out of the Yateley depot and looking after the area that affects me which is Frogmore Green and the large verges in Frogmore Road. They have continually been taking a pride in what they do and are most pleasant at all times. I know I praised them last year and they have continued with the same enthusiasm during this season

I just wanted to say what a fab job your employees have been doing, they have been in a couple of times recently and are really getting on top of the borders and beds

It’s a rare occasion when my Safety representative pays such comments like perfect RAMS, all training certificates and briefings completed. This was a hi risk activity with work at height, this was perfectly executed, much to the delight of our SAFETY, HEALTH and ENVIRONMENT team. Well done and thanks

Wycliffe Park has reached a significant milestone. […] Whilst on the outside it doesn’t look like a huge lump off the project, the remodelling of the approach road and the installation of the projects infrastructure is a huge step for us which I’m delighted to say we achieved on time. You have all worked hard under some challenging weather and logistical conditions for which I thank you. I would be grateful if you would extend this thanks to your teams on the ground I genuinely feel we have secured further confidence from our client and end user on this project

Just a quick email to say thank you for your work today at John F Kennedy School organising our rugby posts and tennis nets. Pass on my thanks to your employee for the line markings. He has been really accommodating to what we would like and is more than happy to help. He was particularly patient today, as his work was disrupted by lessons and he just continued to work around lessons. Both you and him has been excellent communicating with us and we are grateful for your hard work

I wanted to write and thank the team from PGSD who came in recently to do some landscape work of an area of ground that had gone to seed. The team worked really hard and showed good humour and tenacity doing a tough job in rough weather. We are very pleased with the results. May I also thank the regular teams who came out to keep the cut back, trim and tidy up, mark up the pitches and keep the school looking good throughout the year

Just sending you an email to say thanks for the excellent work completed in my nursery last week. The outcome with the reduction of the shrubs in the [Caterpiller] hedge was to a very high standard and the area was left nice and tidy. Credit to your team for the work completed, I know the teacher was very pleased also

I just wanted to thank you for the effort put in on day 1 of the contract. I’ve had a quick walk round this morning and there is clearly a big positive improvement. My hope is that this can be maintained going forwards and now it’s on its way to how it should look I hope this will be an achievable target. My ethos is one of feeding back when things go well as well as when they don’t. Please can you pass on the schools thanks to all the staff that were on site yesterday, as the effort they have collectively put in is both noticed and appreciated

Just a quick message to say thank you for all the work PGSD have done for us over the past year, it is very much appreciated and we look forward to continuing to work with you in the new year and beyond.
This year has been one of the most bizarre and difficult years we could have imagined with lockdowns, staff and students self-isolating, trying out new teaching methods with all from home, some from home and just the teacher at home and then getting the site back open and operational in a COVID safe way! 

It is not every day that your operatives get credit, but today I must congratulate the team that you have working out of Yateley and in particular those working today in Frogmore Road. The two members of your staff have been working tirelessly all day as always and they are a credit to your company. I hope this message gets to them as they deserve it and also to your company who from my point of view have got our area looking a lot better since you took over the maintenance contract

I just wanted to say how lovely the hanging baskets have been in the village this year – and they still are absolutely gorgeous! Since you have been putting up hanging baskets in Yateley these are the best ever! Well done

They did a great job, they cut back loads of the brambles, overhanging vegetation and cleared up. We were able to access a lot more of the area because the guys cut away loads of vegetation. Thank you so much, because we were able to co-ordinate so many different aspects of work, the area now looks great. We’ll be arranging more clean ups during the Keep Britain Tidy Great British Spring Clean, it would be great to work together on some of those projects as well. You have done a great job installing the planters at the foot of three of the gateway features in the two end locations in Colnbrook Village.  They all look well-proportioned, properly finished off, and spectacular! Thank you so much for a job well done

Many people still comment on the work they did around the pond. They obviously take a great deal of pride in what they do

Thank you for all your support for the school’s gardening projects. With your help the school site has been transformed into an environment which is now blossoming and thriving, and over the next few years will become even better. Many of the children attending the school live in flats and so to work with plants, watching them grow and learning how to look after them is very important for them. The school has set up planters for each class and the Gardening Club is going from strength to strength. You can see the difference your generosity has made to the school site

I would like to thank you for the excellent work that your firm carried out clearing the undergrowth from the very large field at Brentford FC training ground. I was amazed that this tasked was carried out in such a short time considering the amount of brambles, that were in some places higher than your tractor, as well as the grass being at least 4ft to 5ft high
