HORTICULTURE CONTRACTS MANAGER

PGSD are looking for an experienced Horticulture Contracts Manager to run Grounds Maintenance and Construction Projects. The successful applicant will work as part of a team of Contracts Managers.

 We need someone who can:

• effectively manage the contracts under their control
• provide a high quality service to our customers
• ensure that the requirements of the Contract Specification are met
• efficiently and effectively manage the deployment of the Contract Supervisor’s and the contract staff
• ensure that the contract finances are effectively managed and that the contract return targets are achieved.

We pay a highly competitive base salary with a vehicle provided. Our bonus scheme rewards our contract managers directly on their performance and is uncapped.

Your experience will allow you to operate in a highly autonomous manner reporting back the key points as required. It will allow you to control costs and deliver a high quality result.
